    The receptionist was not friendly at all, in fact I felt like she was doing me a favor to connect me to the Greece specialist "FERN". I spoke to Fern and was very excited. I told her everything I was looking for to plan the perfect trip to Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. I had already done a bit of the leg work and knew what I wanted. The first conversation with Fern was fantastic. I was very excited after speaking with her and was 100% sure I would have her book the trip. I gave her my email address and cell phone number. She assured me that although it was a bit early to book the trip, she would propose a few options and when the time came we would act on it immediately. I never heard from "FERN". After about 3 weeks I called her and left a voice mail. I still heard nothing. So I called again and she pick up the phone and told me she was busy and would send the proposal within a day or two. 3 weeks have past and I still haven't heard from 'FERN" Needless to say, I booked a dream trip with another agent. "SO BUSY SHE COULN'T BE BOTHERED"
